Mizo women's body played vital role in enactment of marriage and inheritance law: CM Lalduhoma
Aizawl, Aug 17 (IANS) Mizoram Chief Minister Lalduhoma on Monday said the Mizo Hmeichhe Insuihkhawm Pawl (MHIP), an influential women’s organisation in the state, played a crucial role in the enactment of the Mizo Marriage, Divorce and Inheritance of Property Act, 2014. The Chief Minister made the remarks after laying the foundation stone for the new MHIP General Headquarters building in Aizawl.
