NCLT Admits Bank Of Maharashtra Plea To Begin Insolvency Process Against Tirumalla India Storehouse
The Mumbai Bench of NCLT has admitted Bank of Maharashtra’s plea to initiate CIRP against Tirumalla India Storehouse Private Limited over a default of Rs 17.98 crore. The tribunal found the company had provided a corporate guarantee for loans taken by Tirumalla Agro Industries and established financial debt and default through documents submitted by the bank.
