Mumbai Consumer Commission Sentences Sterling Constructions Partners To 2 Years In Jail For Order Non-Compliance
The Maharashtra State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission sentenced Sterling Constructions partners Sameer Zaiuddin Khan and Sarosh Khan to two years’ simple imprisonment each and fined them Rs 10,000 each for failing to comply with an earlier order over a Kurla flat. The firm was also fined Rs 10,000.
