After E. Coli Findings, CR Begins Corrective Action At Four Stations
Central Railway has started corrective measures after water samples from CSMT, Kalyan, Bhiwandi Road and Lonavala stations tested positive for E. coli bacteria. The Electrical and Medical departments are examining the findings. The action follows CAG observations highlighting gaps in water-quality monitoring and testing facilities at railway stations.
