Statehood will return, Article 370 will not: J&K BJP to Mirwaiz
BJP spokesperson Altaf Thakur said Parliament took a "historic" constitutional decision on August 5, 2019, and the Supreme Court subsequently upheld the abrogation of Article 370 BJP asserts that Article 370's abrogation is final while statehood for J&K will be restored at an appropriate time.
