Nandyal school alumni honour teachers with unique chariot celebration. Nearly 750 alumni from various batches of Sri Ramakrishna Vidyalayam, Nandyal, gathered on the occasion of the Teachers Day celebrations. The teachers were seated on a chariot as students and well-wishers pulled it through the streets using ropes. This was done to convey the message that teachers are the charioteers who guide students through the journey of life,” organisers said.
