CID arrested IAS officer Gyanendra Kumar Gangwar following two days of intense interrogation. Gangwar is at the centre of the Karnataka Public Service Commission (KPSC) recruitment case. He was arrested following disappearance row. He has been charged with misconduct in a public office and criminal breach of trust. He is being held in Bengaluru's Bhatkal jail, where he has been remanded in custody.
