Putin's Army Opens Route Towards Ukraine's 6th-Largest City? Zelensky Faces New Pressure
Russia is claiming another battlefield gain in southeastern Ukraine, with the Russian Defence Ministry saying its forces have captured the village of Rybalskoye in the Zaporizhzhye Region. Moscow says units of the Battlegroup East took control of the settlement within 24 hours after breaking through Ukrainian defensive positions. The ministry also claimed that Ukrainian forces suffered losses of up to a company of personnel and that Russian units destroyed armored vehicles, other vehicles and unmanned systems. Moscow says the advance has expanded its zone of control northwest of Novoye Pole and that Russian troops are continuing operations in the area.…
