Russia Raises Questions Over Proposed U.S. Weapons Transfer To Ukraine Via Turkey | Watch
Russia has reacted sharply to reports that Turkey could transfer U.S.-made weapons to Ukraine, warning that fresh arms deliveries would only intensify the conflict. Russian Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova questioned how the proposed transfer would take place, who initiated it, and when the weapons could reach the battlefield. According to TASS, Zakharova referred to documents released by the U.S. Congress that allegedly include details of multiple-launch rocket systems, cluster munitions, artillery shells and ATACMS missiles.
